We believe that small business isn't dead and buying local and supporting our community is best for everyone who works and lives here.
We're not the big box store conglomerate or a national franchise so our goals are not strictly the bottom line and reporting profits to Boards and Shareholders. We are about quality products, installation and developing relationships of trust and reliability with our customers.
All our parts and products required for the project are also bought from local supply houses in our community to in turn support local families and business.

Honesty and integrity is the cornerstone of our business. We will not sell you a product you don't need; and we'll do everything we can to keep you existing equipment alive.
Some larger HVAC companies troubleshooting technicians work on commission. Instead of fixing a problem, there is a financial incentive for the evaluating technician to sell you a brand new Unit.

Again, here's where we differ from the Big Guys. Their technicians range in skill and quality. You may have and excellent one, if your lucky. You may have one that graduated at the bottom of the class. Trust me you don't want that.
Many of the commercial companies pay their staff on, "piecework". That means the quicker they can throw a product in your home and get out the more money is made. Corners get cut.

We our keenly aware the stretching of a dollar these days with every increasing demand and inflation.
While pricing changes seemly on the monthly basis our prices reflect what we're being charged at the trades supply houses.
You'd maybe think a quality local install would cost more. Not the case, we offer competitive rates and in many cases may be cheaper.
Don't be mislead by the free install or big special rates. I know what their cost is and we're nimble enough to match it.
who we are
We are a locally owned and operated business in Grimsby, ON. We service the Niagara and Hamilton area with residential HVAC & Electrical Services. We are a father (HVAC) and son (Electrician) company that brings on staff as needed to complete the scope of the projects. We don't have commercial space, and fleet of vehicles or ongoing staff so we can still compete with the larger companies due to reduced overhead. We work one job at a time. Completing your project or service on time, on budget and with quality workmanship is our #1 priority.
